These conditions govern all sales concluded remotely on the site: www.gtj.asso.fr with the Grandes Traversées du Jura. These sales relate exclusively to hiking Topoguides, IGN maps and derivative objects.
These conditions apply to the exclusion of any other condition.

Any order implies full and unreserved acceptance by the customer of these general conditions of sale.

The client expressly acknowledges that the so-called double-click technique constitutes an electronic signature, which has, between the parties, the same value as a handwritten signature.

Article 2 - Products
In case of unavailability of one or more products, we will inform you by email as soon as possible.
We undertake, at our expense, either to reimburse you by bank transfer or to provide you with an equivalent item or an item of your choice at an equivalent price.

Article 3 - Order
Orders can be placed:

Article 4 - Price
The prices are indicated in euros, including VAT (all taxes included).
The prices indicated do not take into account postage and packing costs which will be invoiced in addition and will be specified during the final validation of the order.
Any order, whatever its origin, is invoiced and payable in euros.
Les Grandes Traversées du Jura reserves the right to change prices without notice. The articles will however be invoiced on the basis of the rates in force at the time of the registration of the orders.

Article 5 - Payment
Payment is made online in one go by credit card, payment secured by the Crédit Agricole bank, when the order is placed.

ARTICLE 6 – DELIVERY
The items ordered will be sent by postal services. The average delivery time is 8 working days from the day following receipt of the order by the Grandes Traversées du Jura. If the order has not been executed within 30 days from the day following that on which the customer transmitted his order, the customer may request reimbursement of the sums paid.
The customer is required to check the conformity of the items received upon receipt of the order. Any anomaly must be notified to the Grandes Traversées du Jura, which undertakes either to exchange or refund the non-compliant item, or to return the missing item(s) at its own expense.
The customer is required to return the non-compliant item in its packaging.
The transfer of ownership of the items ordered for the benefit of the customer will be made after full payment of the price of these items.
The transfer of the risks of loss and deterioration of the products will be carried out at the time of delivery of the package to the carrier.
The customer benefits from the legal guarantee against hidden defects within the meaning of article 1641 of the Civil Code.

Article 7 – Withdrawal period

In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code, the customer who orders a product has the right to exercise his right of withdrawal by contacting GTJ within 14 calendar days. This period starts on the day of receipt of the product.

The item(s) must be returned within 14 days of withdrawal to the store's address. The return costs are in this case the responsibility of the customer.

The articles must be returned, accompanied by the corresponding invoice, in their original packaging, without having undergone any alteration. The costs of returning the order are the responsibility of the customer.

If the above conditions are met, the customer will be reimbursed the sums paid by check or by credit on the bank card within 14 days from the date of receipt of the items.

Article 8 - Applicable law and competent jurisdiction
These general conditions of sale are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.

Article 9 – IT and freedoms
In accordance with the law n ° 78-17 of January 18, 1978, relating to data processing, files and freedoms, you have a right of access and rectification to the personal data concerning you.
To exercise this right, the user must send a letter to the Grandes Traversées du Jura. In any case, the customer will ensure to recall his name, first name, address.
