The northern crossing from Villers-le-Lac to Mouthe
Routed in classic and skating, this northern crossing takes up the first four sections of the GTJ on skis. To be done over three or four days depending on your fitness level, this part of the GTJ will allow you to discover the north of the Jura massif. This crossing offers you varied and typical landscapes every day: the high altitude valleys, the mountain pastures of Mont d'Or and one of the large spruce forests of Haut-Doubs.
There are many accommodation options along the route.
