The Grande Traversée du Jura on snowshoes: a specific route, adapted to this means of transport! Sneak between 2 spruces to emerge in a clearing, a vast valley that extends into the distance with the view of the Monts Jura. Reliefs that soften with the snow.
In winter there is no path, sometimes a trace. The route is marked with discreet ribbons that will guide you from village to village.
As with any self-guided hike, you have to know how to read the map and be able to orient yourself in the fog. Another dimension must be taken into account: after a snowfall, you have to keep track!
